Here’s what to expect once your order is confirmed.
Processing Time
For ready stock items, your order ships within H+1 (1 business day) after payment is confirmed.
For pre-order items, production takes 4-8 weeks depending on the collection and queue, then your order ships once production is complete. We’ll keep you updated on the progress along the way.

- Domestic (Indonesia): JNE
- International: DHL
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is fully covered by the customer, calculated based on your location and the courier’s rate at checkout.
International Orders
We currently ship worldwide via DHL. Delivery time varies by destination, and any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
